Dontrelle Willis Decides To Call It A Career

I was going to wait until the All-Star Break to begin writing about what’s going in baseball, however news broke today thatDontrelle Willis is heading into retirement. Willis has been attempting to get back to the level of play that made him famous and entertaining to watch with the Florida Marlins in the early part of his career. I was pulling for him to crack the Baltimore Orioles starting rotation and succeed. He leaves the game at 30-years old, however he may have just realized that it was time to move on to other things. Here’s to The D-Train! Salute!
